RETURNS AND REFUNDS

GREENWOOD® accepts a return for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt (the date of receipt sent by the carrier).

The return costs are fully borne by the buyer. The return must be performed by a service with tracking number.

The returned product must be in new condition, similar of the day of receipt and includes all of its labels.

It will also be in perfect condition, the strap inside the bag and packed in its protective bag.

If the returned product shows signs of use it will be returned to the buyer and this at his own expense.

"Return to sender" must be written on the cardboard/postal satchel.

The refund will be made after receipt and confirmation of the return of the buyer.

The process of refund takes approximatively 48H to 72H.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the buyer (check, bank transfer, credit card, paypal)
