Very nice quality bag

I purchased this item for when travelling overseas to keep all my important items like wallet, passport etc handy and safe. The quality of the leather and craftsmanship is excellent. The downside is that after comparing the dimensions to the size of my tablet, (and believing it would fit) I found I cannot zip up the main bag with the tablet inside. Otherwise it is a great bag, good storage and pockets.

Replacement bag

I purchased this bag as a replacement for my original mini messenger. The bag was the right size and carried most of what l needed. Sadly the internal lining tore and the stitching came away from the lining around the top. I used the bag everyday for a couple of years before the lining gave way. This issue may have been my fault by overfilling the bag. I am happy to try another mini messenger, however l will be more aware of what l carry in it

Excellent Quality

Accurate description of bag. Even down to the size. I wish I had got the next size up now, as this one only just fits my full size iPad. Greenwood said this was the case and would better suit iPad mini. I wish I listened.

Quality product

Purchased this bag for my brother for xmas. It exceeded my expectations in quality,style and amazing soft leather. My brother was overwhelmed to say the least ad expressed this with his wet eyes. Beautiful Satchel

Everything about the purchase process was seamless. I attempted to give a 4.5 star rating but this wasn't permissible. I can't give a 5 star rating due to the difference between what was advertised and what was received. I really liked the check/gingham lining but got a dark saddle brown lining. Small detail but annoying nonetheless. Sadly I've been boxed into giving a 4 star rating but if anyone reads my explanation, they'll understand. Greenwood is fantastic in every way - great website, good communication and excellent expediency. My only criticism is that I didn't receive exactly what I had ordered. Simple, really.
